Privacy Policy

Only what you send us and what your browser tells us when you do:

• What you write in a form: your name, email, phone, what you are (agent, agency or other), your agency or website and any message.
• How your visit arrived, sent together with the form: the campaign of the ad or link you came from, the first page you saw, the website that sent you, the page language, your country, your browser's language and time zone, and the type of device.
• Technical data needed to run and protect the website: IP address, browser and the date and time of each request.

• To answer your request (a demo, a question, a quote) and follow it up. Basis: taking the steps you ask for before a possible contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• To know which campaigns bring requests, so we keep track of each request in our client file. Basis: our legitimate interest in measuring our own marketing (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• To send you Sytio news by email, only if you tick that box in the form. Basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from any of those emails or by writing to us.
• To measure visits (analytics) and our ads (advertising) with cookies, only for the purposes you accept. Basis: your consent. See section 8.
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse. Basis: our legitimate interest.

• If you become a client: for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods commercial and tax law require.
• If you don't: up to 2 years after our last contact, then we delete it.
• News by email: until you unsubscribe.
• Technical logs: a few months at most.

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for their own purposes. The following providers handle it on our behalf, only to provide their service and under a data processing agreement:

• Website hosting and our client file (the server where the website and our internal tools run).
• Cloudflare, which protects and speeds up the website: every visit goes through it.
• Mailtrap, which sends the emails from the website.
• Google (Analytics) and Contentsquare, only if you accepted analytics cookies; Meta, only if you accepted advertising cookies. If you send a form after accepting advertising, we also share with Meta a protected (hashed) version of your email and phone, only to measure which ads bring requests.

Some of these providers (Cloudflare, Google, Meta and Mailtrap) may process data in the United States or other countries outside the EU. They do so under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, take a copy of it and withdraw any consent you gave. Write to info@sytio.com; we may ask you to confirm your identity.

If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Cookies are grouped by purpose: analytics (Google Analytics and Contentsquare) and advertising (the Meta pixel). None loads until you accept it in the cookie notice: «Accept» switches on both, «Reject» neither, and «Choose» lets you pick one by one. You can change your choice at any time from «Cookies», at the foot of every page, and we ask again after 13 months.

The website also keeps two things in your own browser, which it needs to work and never sends to third parties: your cookie choice and how your visit arrived (sent to us only together with a form).
